Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days after receiving an item if the item is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrect, or materially different from the order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase. Bicycle and sport equipment that has been installed, ridden, worn, damaged through misuse, or altered may not be accepted.
Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be assessed after we inspect the returned item. Approved refunds will be made through the original payment method or another agreed method where appropriate.
Delivery fees may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a verified product defect. Customers should contact us before sending any item back.
